March Madness is approaching the finish line with only four teams still alive in both the men’s and women’s brackets.

While most of the games have already been played, it’s not too late to get in on the action. You can still bet on this weekend’s Final Four and National Championship games.

In conjunction with March Madness, Caesars is offering a special sign-up bonus that allows new users to claim up to $1,000 in bonus bets if their first wager doesn’t win.

Caesars Bonus for March Madness

  • To receive the bonus, sign up for Caesars Sportsbook via this link or through one of the banners on this page.
  • Once you’ve verified your identity, use the promo code FORBES1000 when prompted. That promo code will allow you to receive the “no sweat” first bet.
  • Deposit funds into your account. Caesars, like all verified sportsbooks, allows for quick and easy deposits and withdrawals through a variety of means.
  • Make your first wager within 30 days of opening your account.
  • If your first bet loses, you’ll receive a bonus bet equal to the amount of the wager (up to $1,000) within two days of bet settlement.

Caesars Bonus Offer Terms & Conditions

This offer is only available to new users who have never signed up for Caesars in any state before.

If you place more than one wager in a single bet slip, the first cash wager recorded as settled by Caesars in your wagering history will be considered the qualifying wager.

Bonus bets can only be used at Caesars, expire after 14 days and can not be withdrawn. You won’t receive any bonus bets if your wager wins, but you will receive your winnings in cash.

Your bonus bets will be credited to your account within two days of wager settlement.

When Does March Madness Start?

March Madness officially starts with the First Four – four play-in games played on March 19 and 20 to determine the final four teams in the Round of 64.

The Round of 64 takes place from March 21-22 and features the most wall-to-wall action. There are 32 games in the span of 48 hours, which can lead to plenty of upsets, busted brackets and the occasional buzzer-beater

Caesars also has NCAA Tournament futures bets available ahead of time, allowing bettors to wager on who they think will make the Final Four or win the tournament outright before it starts.

Once the tournament gets going, bettors will be able to wager on countless moneyline, spread and total bets along with player props (so long as they’re located in a state where college props are legal).

Where Can I Use Caesars Sportsbook?

Caesars is legal in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Wyoming.

You do not need to be a resident, but you do need to be physically present there. You also need to be over the age of 21 (18+ in Kentucky and Wyoming).

Caesars, like all mobile sportsbooks, uses state-of-the-art location technology to confirm you’re located in a state where sports betting is legal. If you’re not located in a state where sports betting is legal and Caesars operates, you won’t be able to create an account.

Additionally, you can’t create an account if you’re under the state’s legal sports betting age. This is confirmed at sign-up when you provide your date of birth and social security number.

Lastly, states have different rules when it comes to gambling on college sports, especially prop bets. Check to see if there are any restrictions that might prohibit certain types of wagers.
