Week 6 of the 2024-25 NFL season kicks off with an NFC West showdown on Thursday Night Football between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.
The 49ers haven’t looked like themselves without reigning Offensive Player of the Year Christian McCaffrey (IR) this year, starting the season 2-3 and blowing multiple double-digit leads in the process. After losing three of their last four games, they desperately need a win here to get back on track.
The same can be said for the Seahawks, who have lost two in a row after starting the year 3-0. A win here would keep them atop the division, but another loss would make things uncomfortable in the standings for Mike Macdonald’s squad.
There are plenty of NFL prop bets to target for this division rivalry game at our best NFL betting sites. Based on our research and recent trends, here are the best prop bets to target.
Best Week 6 TNF Props
- Kenneth Walker III Anytime Touchdown Scorer: Walker missed two games in September with an oblique injury, but that hasn’t stopped him from scoring four touchdowns in three games this year. He’s averaging 16.7 touches per game and should get some scoring opportunities on Thursday,
- George Kittle Anytime Touchdown Scorer: Kittle has become Brock Purdy’s go-to weapon in the red zone with McCaffrey sidelined, scoring in three straight games. Look for that chemistry to pay off with another score this week.
- Kenneth Walker III 25+ Receiving Yards: Walker is averaging 33 receiving yards per game this year and has cleared this number easily in each of his last two games, hauling in 11 of 13 targets for 93 receiving yards. With Walker’s usage in the passing game on the rise, look for him to cash this prop at plus odds.
- Jordan Mason Over 17.5 Rushing Attempts: Mason has filled the void in San Francisco’s backfield in McCaffrey’s absence, leading the league with 105 carries (21 per game). He’s hit the Over on this prop in four of five games this year, and would likely be 5-for-5 if the 49ers’ offense hadn’t completely shut down in the second half last week.
- Geno Smith Over 249.5 Passing Yards: Smith has cleared this prop comfortably in four straight games, averaging a whopping 323.8 passing yards per game during that stretch. He’ll likely need to throw a lot again to keep up with San Francisco’s offense.
