FanDuel Sportsbook has a special promotion for new users.

Whether you’re interested in player props, parlays or spread betting, this new promotion gives new users $200 in “bonus bets” to use ahead of February’s Big Game.

New users who create an account through FanDuel Sportsbook’s mobile sportsbook (available on Android and iOS) can claim “bonus bets” through the site.

Here’s a look at how to claim the promo, along with a look at who’s eligible.

How to Claim FanDuel’s Promo

To get the promo, new users must deposit at least $10 to their account and win their first $5+ real-money wager at FanDuel.

If your wager wins, you’ll receive $200 in non-withdrawable bonus bets within 72 hours of your bet winning.

The promo is only available for users on FanDuel’s app. If you sign up via desktop, you’ll receive a post-registration pop-up that will instruct you on how to download the app.

The same will happen to users who sign up using a mobile browser. No promo code is required.

FanDuel is also offering its “Kick of Destiny 2” promo where users can earn a share of $58 million in site credit if they correctly guess whether Rob Gronkowski makes his special 25-yard field goal during the Big Game. Opt-in required.

Existing users can also score a no-sweat same-game parlay when they place a 3+ leg SGP with min. +400 odds on the Big Game. If your wager loses, you’ll receive a bonus bet up to $10. Opt-in required.

Who is Eligible?

All new users who sign up in the time frame and deposit $10 will receive $200 in bonus bets. Existing users are ineligible for the promotion.

The offer is available in all states where FanDuel is active: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.

How to Place an Eligible Bet on FanDuel

To place a bet on FanDuel, all you must do is pick from one of the many betting options offered across multiple sports.

Once you select a bet, your betslip will appear at the bottom of the app, where you’ll be able to select the amount you wish to wager.

Once the bet is placed, you’ll be able to view its status from the “My Bets” tab.

Once the bonus bets hit your account, they’ll be viewable in the “Account” tab. Once you get your bonus bets, you do not need to use them all at once.

What Kinds of Bets Can I Make on FanDuel?

As mentioned earlier, player props, spreads and parlays are some of the more popular bets you can place. Spread betting requires a bit of math, as each team is given a handicap based on whether they’re expected to lose by a certain margin.

If you want to just bet on a team to win, then you’d make a moneyline bet. The 49ers are 2.5-point favorites over the Chiefs and slight favorites on the moneyline.

Super Bowl 58 is Feb. 11 in Las Vegas. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.

Another game outcome bet you’d be able to make would be on a game’s Over/Under, where you’re able to bet on the number of total combined points for each team. Super Bowl 58 has an Over/Under of 47.5.

You’d also be able to use the bonus bets to bet on who will win this year’s Super Bowl MVP — Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes currently has the shortest odds.

Lastly, you can choose to put together a parlay, which is when you combine more than two bets on the same ticket. While you’ll need both results to hit to win your ticket, the amount you’ll win is increased.

FanDuel offers the ability for users to make a parlay of multiple things in one game (a “same-game parlay”) or even include multiple things from multiple games (a “same-game parlay+”). Users can also make a parlay of bets from different games.

That said, not every bet can be included in a same-game parlay.

For example, if you were to bet on a player’s points+rebounds+assists total in basketball, then you wouldn’t be able to parlay that with any other bets from that game.

While straight bets win less money, they are more likely to hit, which is important to consider when making your bets.
