For wrestling fans and bettors, WrestleMania is the biggest event of the Year. It’s the world’s largest professional wrestling promotion and the sport’s version of the Super Bowl, featuring wrestling superstars such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Logan Paul.
Originally created in 1985, WrestleMania is held by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It was WWE’s first-ever pay-per-view event and is now the longest-running and most successful professional wrestling event in history.
The 2024 competition is the 40th WrestleMania event. It will take place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, starting at 7 p.m. ET both nights. Viewers can tune in on WWE Network or stream the event on Peacock.
Between WrestleMania and the Final Four of March Madness, sports bettors have plenty to wager on this weekend.
Odds for the event are now available at online sportsbooks. Here’s a look at the WrestleMania 40 odds along with how to wager on the event.
How To Bet On WrestleMania
You won’t find any traditional WrestleMania betting markets at legal U.S. sportsbooks, as none of the legal sports betting states have approved it as a legal betting market.
However, DraftKings has a contest where you can win real money.
The WWE is scripted with predetermined outcomes. Sportsbooks do not accept wagers on events whose results can be known ahead of time like the Super Bowl’s National Anthem.
However, some international sportsbooks like Unibet offer WWE odds, as they are not subject to the same laws and regulations as U.S. sportsbooks.
If you do have access, betting on WWE is similar to wagering on other sports like UFC, MMA and boxing. The most popular markets are moneyline wagers on who will win a specific fight, but some sportsbooks also offer prop bets and futures related to WWE.
With a number of fights scheduled for both nights of the event, bettors have plenty of betting options to choose from.
